Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between a spool and a refill?
It’s the same filament. A refill comes without a spool, costs less and clicks onto a reusable Bambu spool. If you don’t have a reusable spool yet, choose the spool version for your first roll.
Does PLA Basic work in the AMS?
Yes, in the AMS, AMS 2 Pro and AMS lite. Thanks to the RFID chip, the AMS recognises the colour and print settings automatically.
Can I order a colour that’s out of stock?
No, we only sell filament from stock. Click the colour you want in the colour chart and ask to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock.
How should I store filament?
Dry and airtight, below 20% humidity, for example with desiccant. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it for 8 hours at 50 °C in a drying oven.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days in Belgium. Collection in Aalst is also possible.
