Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference from PLA Basic?
PLA Matte prints just as easily but has a matte rather than a glossy finish. Layer lines are less visible and prints look calmer.
Does PLA Matte work in the AMS?
Yes, in all AMS models, including the AMS lite. Thanks to the RFID chip, the AMS recognises the colour and print settings automatically.
Can I order a colour that’s out of stock?
No, we only sell filament from stock. Click the colour you want in the colour chart and ask to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock.
How should I store this filament?
Dry and airtight, below 20% humidity, for example with desiccant. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it: 8 hours at 50 °C in a drying oven.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days in Belgium. Collection in Aalst is also possible.
