Bambu PPS-CF

PPS-CF is een composietmateriaal gemaakt van koolstofvezelversterkte polyfenyleensulfide. De combinatie van PPS-hars en koolstofvezel geeft PPS-CF uitzonderlijke eigenschappen, waaronder uitstekende weerstand tegen oplosmiddelen, corrosie, hitte en vlammen. Daarnaast biedt het superieure sterkte, stijfheid en dimensionale stabiliteit, waardoor het een gespecialiseerde engineering kunststof is die voldoet aan de eisen van unieke en uitdagende toepassingen.

Ultra-Hoge Hittebestendigheid

PPS-CF heeft een warmteafbuigings temperatuur tot 264°C onder 0,45 MPa en kan continu functioneren bij temperaturen boven de 200°C. Dit presteert aanzienlijk beter dan normale PA-CF materialen, die maximale temperaturen rond de 190°C en 120°C hebben. De uitzonderlijke hittebestendigheid zorgt voor een uitstekende kruipbestendigheid, waardoor PPS-CF ideaal is voor veeleisende industriële omgevingen en toepassingen.

It remains virtually insoluble in any solvent below 200°C and exhibits exceptional resistance to acids, bases, and salts under normal conditions. This makes PPS-CF the ideal choice for challenging environments where chemical stability is critical.

Ultra-Low Water Absorption

With an extremely low moisture absorption rate of just 0.05%, PPS-CF ensures that its mechanical and thermal properties remain stable even in humid conditions. Unlike normal PA-CF, which can soften and degrade when exposed to moisture, PPS-CF maintains its strength and durability, making it the superior option for applications requiring high moisture resistance.
