A safe, smooth start with your Laser Full Combo
A laser combo has more parts and more points of attention than a regular 3D printer. Our technician installs and calibrates your H2S or H2D Laser Full Combo on site and takes 2.5 hours to show you or your team the ropes of printing, laser engraving and cutting.
What’s included?
From box to first laser cut
Installation
We place and install your Laser Full Combo at your site, including the laser and cutting module.
Calibration
We calibrate the printer and laser, so everything is ready for your first job.
2.5 hours of guidance
We go through the basics of 3D printing, laser engraving and cutting and the cutting module together, and answer all your questions.
Working safely
We go over the safety features and the points of attention for laser cutting, so your team can work safely.
Practical information

How to prepare for the installation
Make sure you have a spot of about 700 × 700 × 1100 mm (Bambu Lab’s recommendation), a 200–240 V socket and a way to vent laser fumes outside.

What do travel costs amount to?
Travel costs are not included and are charged separately, depending on your location. Feel free to ask for a quote in advance.
Do you have a different machine?
For the H2C Laser Full Combo, the R1 laser cutter and the H2 printers without laser we have separate starter packages. You will find them below.
