Supports that snap off cleanly
Support for PLA/PETG is a breakaway interface material. Use it only for the contact layer between your support and your model: it barely bonds to PLA or PETG, so the support comes off by hand and the underside stays smooth. One material for both PLA and PETG.

In Bambu Studio, choose Support for PLA/PETG as the filament for the support/raft interface. The base of the support stays in your model material.
Breaks away by hand
The interface barely bonds to PLA and PETG, so supports come off without tools and the underside of your print stays smooth.
Not for other materials
Not for ABS, ASA, PA or PET-CF, and not a soluble support like PVA. Not for printing whole models either.

Frequently asked questions
Which slicer setting do I need?
In Bambu Studio, set Support for PLA/PETG as the filament for the support/raft interface and keep the support base in your model material. With tree supports, don’t use it for the base.
Do I need an AMS?
You need a printer that prints two materials in one job: with an AMS, an AMS lite or a dual nozzle like the H2D. The RFID chip lets the AMS recognise the material automatically.
What’s the difference from Support for PLA?
Support for PLA only works with PLA models. Support for PLA/PETG works with both PLA and PETG, so one spool covers both.
How should I store this filament?
Dry and airtight, below 20% humidity, for example with desiccant. If it has absorbed moisture or feels brittle, dry it for 8 hours at 75 °C.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days in Belgium. Collection in Aalst is also possible.
