Why maintenance?

Prevention costs less than repair

Fewer unexpected breakdowns

At every visit we spot wear before it turns into a costly breakdown.

Longer lifespan

Timely maintenance protects your investment and keeps your printer in service for years.

Consistent print quality

Clean fans, a new filament cutter and new PTFE tubes keep your prints reliable.

Safe and compliant

A well-maintained machine makes it easier to meet safety requirements, in schools and companies alike.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which level do I need?

It depends on how much filament you use: up to 10 spools a year choose Small, up to 25 Medium, up to 50 Large and up to 100 Extra Large. Not sure? Just get in touch.

Is the contract per printer?

Yes. The contract runs for one year and covers one printer. If you have several H2 printers, take one contract per machine.

Where does the maintenance take place?

Our technician comes to you. Travel costs are charged separately per kilometre.

How are the maintenance visits scheduled?

After your order we contact you to schedule the first visit. If you have several visits, we spread them across the year.

What if my printer breaks down between visits?

The maintenance contract is preventive: it helps prevent problems but does not cover repairs. Always report a fault first with a ticket via our helpdesk. If the fault is covered by the warranty, you then bring the printer to us in Aalst. Other interventions for a fault are charged separately.
