After ABS and PLA, Ultimaker has added a new material type to its gamma. The CPE line was created to print complex, technical prints.
Comes on a reel for more printing convenience. Through high standards and quality control it has great roundness and consistency. CPE is perfect for complex technical prints, it’s fairly stiff, strong and impact resistant. It’s also particularly good at bridging large gaps.
CPE requires a higher print temperature compared to PLA and we're aware that it can accelerate the wear of the PTFE Isolator Coupler. A free spare coupler is included. Ultimaker filaments have endlessly been tested to ensure they are up to the job: only the best make the grade.
Prints come as intended time and time again.
